Firefox Plugin: Read it Later

Posted in Firefox/Thunderbird by Master Geek on June 26th, 2008 |

Don’t you love it when you come across something that solves a problem that you have but hadn’t really put any effort into solving.

For me Read it Later is one of those solutions. It is a Firefox addon that allows you to mark pages for later reading, you can even save them for offline reading if you want.

All you do is click a tick icon in your location bar in Firefox 3 and the page is added to your list. Later when you have time to read the page you can click another icon to see your list of saved pages.

Added bonus, you can sync your list between computers, you can also view the list via RSS.

This is such well thought out software that covers all the areas that I can think of, great job.
