At the Radison SAS Hotel in Berlin, Germany there is: AquaDom, the world’s largest cylindrical aquarium.
- 25 meters high
- 900,000 liters of seawater
- 600 fish of 56 species
- Cost 12.8 Million Euros in December 2003
- Diameter of over 11 meters
- Elevator goes up through the middle
- You can rent rooms that face in to middle of the hotel and aquarium.
Man this is something else. To just dream this up is amazing, let alone the level of technology that is involved in its creation.
