Movie Thoughts: Street Kings

Street Kings is a movie about a modern day gunfighter.

What I liked:

  • Quite different from your typical cop movie, it had a few nice twists here and there.
  • Powerful performances from everyone involved. Forest and Keanu were great.
  • Great action scenes that deliver the goods. :-)
  • Pacing was done well, was on the edge of my seat for most of the movie.
  • Story keeps you hanging till the end.

Overall:

I really enjoyed it as great action flick. The ‘gun fights’ that had me thinking about old Western movies and the gunfights in them. Nice modern take on that.
